'qisa’ Short Film Festival , Sri. Shaji N Karun (National Award-winning Indian film director and cinematographer ) & Sri. Ranjith Sankar (screenwriter and film director) distributed the awards for winners of "qISA film festival - 2012" on September 20, 5:30 p.m. at Travancore hall, Parkcenter.
