Glad to inform everyone that, Prathidhwani has completed the distribution of Covid19 Relief finance assistance to our 31 eligible laid-off IT colleagues.
Prathidhwani invited the registrations to provide financial assistance of Rs. 5000/- (five thousand only) to IT colleagues who worked in companies at Technopark but lost their jobs between April and July this year. So far 56 employees registered from 37 various companies for financial support, with experience ranging from 1 to 18 years in the IT industry. Prathidhwani members had a discussion with the registered laid-off employees to understand their job searching and current financial situation. Hence, we prioritized and selected 31 needy registered employees for financial assistance. And a few were looking for support to get new Jobs. We have collected the resumes from all 56 registered employees to help them find a new job through the Prathidhwani Job Portal.
Prathidhwani is Thankful to all IT Employees, who helped us to find the deserving people and in raising the financial assistance fund in a small span of time.
*Note* :-Actual laid off employees count is much higher and Prathidhwani invited the registrations from the employees, who were really in need of financial assistance.
