We, Prathidhwani initiated this event today ( 5th Sep 2014) 1pm and by 04:30pm we managed to collect Rs.13875/- ( Thirteen thousand eight hundred and seventy five only ) from more than 200 employees. We bought 375kg rice ( 5 sacks rice ) for Rs.13875/- and handed over to 'Rice Bucket Challenge' technopark at NILA building.
Technopark Senior manager Sri M Vasudevan , Nila society secretary Sri Aziz and Prathidhwani members were present. Technopark will hand over this rice to 60 tribal families staying on the valley of Agasthyakoodam tomorrow.
