Guidelines
1. Theme: The logo should creatively represent the spirit of IT Kalolsavam 2026, art, culture, creativity, and the IT community.
2. Originality: Entries must be original creations by the participant. Copied or substantially reproduced designs will be disqualified.
3. Eligibility: Open to IT professionals/employees in Kerala.
4. Design: The logo should be simple, distinctive, visually appealing, and easily recognizable.
5. Format: Submit the logo in PNG/JPG format. A high-resolution/vector file (AI, SVG, EPS, or PDF) may be requested from the selected winner.
6. Colour: Participants may use any colour combination. The logo should also remain identifiable when reproduced in black and white.
7. Text: The design should preferably include “Prathidhwani - Asianet News IT കലോത്സവം 2026”
8. AI/Generated Designs: AI-generated designs are not permitted
9. Submission: Each participant may submit one entry.
10. Copyright: The submitted design must not infringe any existing copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
11. Ownership: By submitting the entry, the participant agrees that the selected winning logo may be used by the organisers for branding, publicity, social media, print, merchandise, and other official event purposes.
Winner’s logo will become the official identity of Prathidhwani- Asianet News IT Kalolsavam 2026.
