This granite plaque laid on the very same day, 31 years before, witnessed a revolution, which changed the lives of lakhs of people and showcased the true potential of our state. The foundation stone was laid by Sri E K Nayanar, Chief minister of Kerala and presided over by Smt K R Gowri Amma, Minister for industries on 31st March 1991. K P P Nambiar, Honorary Special Advisor, Government of Kerala & First Chairperson, Project Implementation Board, who drew up the blueprint for Techno Park were also present at the function.
