As many as 27 employees of a newly started Technopark firm have alleged they were denied salaries and not allowed to enter office. The labour department and police invited the company management for talks, but they did not turn up.
Employees of Techmach3 Technologies, a BPO firm started at Technopark last month, lodged a petition with labour minister Shibu Baby John, Technopark authorities and the police on Wednesday. “We will initiate further action against the firm on Thursday,” said assistant labour officer Ram Mohan.
