Arun Kumar, 34, a native of Taliparamba in Kannur, was killed on the spot when a lorry rammed the motorbike he was riding near the Technopark here on Wednesday.

The Kazhakuttam police said Arun, a staff with Disha, a 24-hour helpline of the Health Department and the National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) operating from Technopark, was crushed under the lorry which hit his motorbike around 1.30 p.m. while he was going towards Technopark.
