ENVESTNET
THE BYGONE EMOTIONS
Desires, that roots inside the dark,
Unleashed the wolf, within that arc
Frowned, as it lit up inside, a spark
Crowned the moron in me, a crack
Those were the blues, caught in autumn
Nourished my groves, top to bottom
Breezes and sighs, soft as cotton
Rode on my dreams, now stands rotten.
Deep inside, I am fighting for ages
Pricks in, as I serve without wages
Savage in me, vengefully rouges
Glides across, insane, like pages
Heal my soul, oh lord, so pure!
Seal my thoughts, the proposed cure
Inhale more pain, the one I can’t bare
Let me just fool, my unconditioned tear.
Canopy of wisdom, held it loud
Bloomed beside, bright and bold
And I was cursing the one I loved
Ruptured illusions, bygone, I heard
