Proposed place for prepaid auto-counter near Technopark front gate. Prathidhwani team met DYSP (admin) Sri. A Pramod Kumar Sir on 31st May 2014 at SP office, PMG, Trivandrum, regarding follow up with prepaid auto counter .
We made two requests.
1. Speed up the Prepaid auto counter work in front of Technopark
2. Need to fix auto fare to technopark from Kazhakoottam Junction, Karyavattom and Railway Station as preliminary thing
Team received a positive update from DYSP (admin) Sri. A Pramod Kumar and he said that these things can be completed as soon as possible. DYSP updated that he will convene a discussion with unions regarding fare stages and will be fixed soon. Initially fares from Railway station to/from park centre, Karyavattom campus to/from Park centre, Kazhakkottam junction to/from Park centre will be fixed. It will be confidence building measure for both employees and auto drivers. We, Prathidhwani assured him that we will display these fairs in Kazhakooottam, Kazhakooottam Railway station & at Karyavattom Junction.
Regarding construction of Prepaid Counter :: DYSP updated that land filling can be done by with the help of Technopark. While talking about the counter for prepaid auto, Prathidhwani committed to construct a small counter in front of Technopark for avoiding any kind of delay on this. The same thing we have committed to both Vasudevan Sir and DYSP Pramod Sir. Also we will hand over exclusive software to Police department developed by Prathidhwani exclusively for technopark prepaid auto and taxi counter.
As committed, Technopark started land filling and let us hope prepaid auto counter will be functioning soon.
