Technopark Phase III Work nearing completion

Image removed. Technopark Phase III is in its final stages of completion and getting ready to be commissioned soon. The campus developed on 92 acres of land presently has the twin towers with total area of 1 million square feet ready to be occupied. ‘Smart Business Centres’ have been set up on the second and third floors of the second tower and they have seating capacities of minimum 18 and maximum 50. There are currently 22 Smart Business Centres and all have been allotted to various companies. The third phase is being developed as both Special Economic Zone as well as Non-Special Economic Zone. “Once Phase III is fully operational, Technopark will have a total of 7.1 million square feet of built-up area, making it one of the biggest IT parks in the country. Once fully occupied, Technopark Phase III will provide direct employment to over 75,000 IT professionals and indirect employment to over 3 lakh people,” said Technopark CEO K G Girish Babu. Shopping malls, commercial complex, executive hotel facilities, star hotel convention centre and a multiplex are the attractions of Technopark Phase III. “To have a direct access to commercial complex and other facilities in Technopark Phase III, there is a special passage connecting it from the National Highway. The Smart Business Centre to be set up in the third phase is aimed to attract youngsters for their entrepreneurial ventures and we have already earmarked two floors for the same,” said M Vasudevan, Senior Business Development Manager, Technopark.
